Born in the Bahamas to Haitian parents, Wilkinson has taken the best of the Caribbean and added a Creole twist. His culinary interest started when he was just a boy helping out in his father and grandfather’s seafood market. Observing their techniques for cleaning, spicing and cooking seafood laid the foundation for his career in food preparation.
