Family tradition, quality ingredients and a desire to provide the best result possible give Troy’s BBQ a spot on the local dining map. What started as a single-man operation with Troy Davis offering up seafood and barbeque turned into a busting barbeque operation when the community kept ordering and reordering his barbeque. After fine-tuning his smoking skills and sauces, he had a winning combination that has allowed his family business to grow.
